Privacy policy

The controller for this website is Lët’z Groom, a mobile grooming service in Luxembourg. You can reach us at info@letzgroom.lu or on +352 661 919 333.

A registered office and company number are not published on the current public website, so they are not repeated here.

You can read every page without creating an account and without filling in a form that is stored on this site.

If you use the appointment page, the details you type — name, phone, email if you add one, pet, service, locality and message — are not saved in a database on this website. They are placed in a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Once you send a message, Meta processes it under its own terms, and Lët’z Groom receives the content so we can answer.

If you call or email, we use your number or address only to respond and to arrange the visit.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

“Book as a guest” opens prenota.sibook.cloud. The app is Lët’z Groom on the App Store and Google Play. What you enter there is handled by those services, not stored by this website.

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not use a cookie to remember your language. The language is part of the page address.

Messages you send by WhatsApp or email are kept for as long as needed to arrange and provide the service, and to meet any legal duty. This website itself does not run a client database.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, where those rights apply.

Write to info@letzgroom.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg: https://cnpd.public.lu.
